Mining session 1: 0.02 RENEC/h (your inherent speed).
Mining session 2: 0.02 + 0.004 = 0.024 RENEC/h.

Mining session 4: 0.028 + 0.004 = 0.032 RENEC/h.

Until there is a day off mining session, your mining speed will return to 0.02 RENEC/h.
